Pre-launch policy draft No live returns or refunds

Customer care

Returns, without assumptions.

This page records the current pre-launch boundary. It does not invent a return window, destination, refund schedule, or remedy before operations have approved them.

Current status

No production checkout or real payment is active, so soul-LL is not currently processing consumer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or monetary refunds. A sandbox order does not create a live fulfilment promise.

Administrators can record a simulated refund against eligible sandbox payment data for testing. That action stays inside the project database and does not contact a card network, wallet, bank, or payment provider.

Eligibility and return condition

No return window or item-condition rule has been approved. Before public launch, the operator must define a lawful, practical policy for unused items, opened aromatic goods, personalized goods if offered, hygiene or safety-sensitive items, gift sets, sale items, and any non-returnable categories.

The policy must also state whether exchanges are offered, what proof of purchase is required, and who pays authorized return shipping. This draft makes no commitment on those points.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

A verified reporting channel, reasonable reporting period, evidence requirements, and available remedies must be published before orders are fulfilled. Customers should not be asked to send unnecessary personal information or payment credentials when reporting a problem.

The final process should distinguish carrier damage, an incorrect item, a missing item, natural material variation, and a description that was inaccurate at the time of purchase.

Refund method and timing

No real refund method or processing timeframe is currently promised. Before launch, the policy must explain when an approved refund is initiated, the method used, how original shipping or duties are handled, and that a financial institution may require additional posting time.

Never provide a card number, CVV, banking password, or wallet credential to request a refund. The current site does not need or accept those details.

Changes and cancellations

No live cancellation window is currently defined. The operator must decide whether an order may be changed or cancelled before packing or dispatch, how inventory is restored, and what happens once a carrier has accepted a parcel.

Test-order status can be viewed through order lookup, but the lookup page is not a cancellation request form.

What must be finalized

  • The legal seller identity and verified support channel.
  • The return period, eligibility rules, exclusions, and return destination.
  • Return-shipping responsibility and any approved exchange process.
  • Damage, error, cancellation, and lost-parcel procedures.
  • Refund method, timing, taxes, shipping, duties, and partial-refund treatment.
  • Jurisdiction-specific consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

These terms must be approved and published before the production checkout is enabled.
