Controlled sandbox ordering
The current checkout is available only in approved non-production testing conditions. Production checkout is closed. A sandbox submission may create a test customer, order, item, payment-status, and shipment-status record so the software can be checked.
No real payment gateway, wallet, bank, card network, carrier, or email service is contacted. No money is charged. A sandbox order number, confirmation, “paid” test state, or tracking reference is not proof of purchase, dispatch, or delivery.
Do not enter real card numbers, CVV or security codes, expiry dates, bank accounts, payment passwords, or wallet credentials anywhere on this site.
Catalog, imagery, pricing, and availability
The current catalog is a development preview. Product names, descriptions, compositions, dimensions, packaging, prices, inventory, origin, photography, and availability require item-level verification before release.
Editorial and category photography illustrates a visual direction and may be reused across concept products. It does not prove that a pictured object is the listed SKU or verify its material, origin, maker, certification, or stock.
The sandbox service recalculates eligible product price and stock from its test database. That technical check does not turn a preview listing into a live offer or guarantee future price or availability.
Responsible product use
Product language is intended to describe materials, scent, texture, and everyday ritual. It does not provide medical advice or promise therapeutic, spiritual, or guaranteed wellness outcomes.
If incense is used, it should be placed in a stable holder on a heat-resistant surface, away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable material, and never left burning unattended. Product-specific warnings and legally required information must be verified before sale.
Appropriate use of the site
Do not attempt to interfere with site security, bypass rate limits, access another person’s order, submit malicious content, upload files through endpoints that do not accept them, or use the sandbox to create misleading evidence of a real purchase.
Order lookup requires both the order number and matching email. A random confirmation token is intended only for the browser session that created the sandbox order. These controls must not be circumvented.
Shipping, returns, privacy, and support
The Shipping, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy pages describe the present pre-launch state. They deliberately do not invent delivery coverage, return windows, a legal operator, a governing jurisdiction, or contact details.
No working contact form or published support channel exists in this build. Do not send personal or payment information through an unofficial channel.
Terms required before public launch
- The full legal seller identity, address, and verified contact methods.
- Eligibility to purchase, order acceptance, cancellation, and payment terms.
- Shipping coverage, prices, duties, estimates, and risk-transfer terms.
- Returns, statutory rights, warranties, remedies, and refund handling.
- Intellectual-property, acceptable-use, liability, governing-law, and dispute terms reviewed for launch markets.
- A final privacy notice reflecting every production provider and retention rule.
The production checkout must remain disabled until these terms and a real payment arrangement are ready.
