Pre-launch policy draft Public shipping is not active

Customer care

Shipping, before launch.

A transparent outline of the delivery experience being prepared, and the decisions that still need to be finalized before any public order can be accepted.

Current status

soul-LL is not currently accepting public production orders. The controlled checkout can create sandbox records for technical testing, but those records do not trigger packing, carrier booking, customer email, or real-world delivery.

The labels “Standard delivery” and “Express delivery,” including any timing or price displayed in the sandbox, are interface test values. They are not a promise that those services, prices, or timeframes will be available at launch.

Destinations and product restrictions

A final list of countries and regions served has not been approved. The countries visible in a test form support interface and validation work only; they do not establish shipping coverage.

Before launch, the operator must confirm carrier availability and any restrictions affecting incense, aromatic materials, wood products, packaging, or cross-border shipments. A destination will only be offered when the applicable operational and legal requirements have been reviewed.

Dispatch and delivery timing

No dispatch deadline, handling window, delivery estimate, cut-off time, or holiday schedule is currently promised. Those terms must be based on actual inventory, packing capacity, carrier service, destination, and any customs process before public launch.

When a final policy is published, order processing time and carrier transit time should be stated separately. An estimate should never be presented as a guaranteed arrival date unless an approved service explicitly provides that guarantee.

Rates, taxes, and duties

Final shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, taxes, import duties, brokerage charges, and the party responsible for each charge have not been determined. Sandbox totals exist only to test server-side calculations in USD and do not create a payable balance.

These charges and responsibilities must be finalized and presented before a customer places a live order.

Tracking information

The order lookup page can display a tracking reference if one exists in a test order. No carrier connection or tracking notification is active in the current build, and no real customer email is sent.

Carrier selection, the point at which tracking becomes available, and the official notification channel must be finalized before public launch.

Address changes, delays, loss, and damage

Procedures for correcting an address, cancelling before dispatch, reporting a delay, documenting damage, or handling a lost parcel have not yet been approved. A verified support channel, response process, evidence requirements, and available remedies must be published before live fulfilment begins.

Until then, do not send personal information to unofficial social accounts or addresses. The current official project pages do not publish a support email, phone number, or physical business address.

See the Returns & Refunds draft for the related pre-launch boundaries.
